锁定钢板在股骨礫部骨折治疗中的应用 作者：许光耀，牛志强，刘文章，焦弘升，褚会军，于景川，郭 家全 【摘要】 冃的探讨锁定钢板治疗股骨繰部骨折的疗效及临 床特点。方法 冋顾性分析2005年1刀至2008年12刀间44例股骨 礫部粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料，其中A0骨折分型，C2型36例，C3 型8例，均采用股骨远端锁定钢板固定。结果 本组患者伤口均一期 愈合，无伤口感染、切口裂开等并发症。本组均获得随访，时间10? 18个月，平均14. 8个月。骨折均获得骨性愈合，临床愈合时间10? 24周，无内固定失效、骨不连等并发症。膝关节功能按Karlstrom标 准，优30例，良9例，可5例，优良率为88.6%。结论 股骨課部 骨折类型多样，复位要求高，临床治疗困难。锁定钢板治疗股骨操部 骨折手术操作简单，固定坚强可靠，并发症少，膝关节功能恢复良好, 是一种处理股骨繰部复杂骨折的良好方法。 【关键词】股骨傑部骨折；锁定钢板；治疗 Abstract : Objective To explore the clinical characteristis of femoral condylar fracture and treatment efficiency of interlock plate. Methods A review analysis of the clinical data is carried on of 46 cases femoral condylar fracture from Jan. 2005 to Dec? 2008? According to their classifications of AO, C2 for 36 cases and C3 for 8 cases, all are performed by interlock plate of femoral condylar fractures .Results The incision of 44 cases were primary healing, no incision infection, dehi scence or other complication. Al 1 cases were fol lowed up, from 10 months to 18 months, average 14.8 months .The femoral condylar fractures all get osteo healing within 10 to 24 weeks, no inter fixation defeat or nonunion or other complications and gained good knee and ankle joint function recovery. Knee joint function was rated based on Karlstrom score system as excellent in 30 cases and good in 9 cases and fair in 5 cases, the excellent and good rate was 88. 6%.Conclusion The femoral condylar fractures have different types and need excellent fracture reduction.The treatment of femoral condylar fracture with in terlock plate wi th adva ntages of simpl e operation, stabl e fixation, few complication and good knee function recovery, is an effective way.
