PAGE PAGE 21 城市土地利用效益与城市化的耦合协调性分析——以浙江省为例 摘要：城市土地利用效益和城市化之间存在密切关系，二者相互影响和制约，因此，在城市化过程中，我们应该正确协调好二者之间的关系，实现城市的可持续发展。本文以浙江省11个地级市为例，根据二者的相互关系，首先建立城市土地利用效益和城市化发展水平的综合评价指标体系，在此基础上，构建两者之间的耦合度和协调度模型，深入分析二者的耦合协调性。结果表明:研究期间，浙江省的城市土地利用效益总体上超前于城市化的发展；2006年和2007年，两者的耦合程度有少数处于低水平耦合阶段，之后几年均处于拮抗阶段；二者的协调度大多处于严重失调、中度失调和轻度失调阶段；同时，浙江省城市土地利用效益与城市化耦合协调度处于中低水平协调的耦合，高水平协调的耦合在8年内均为0，且存在着明显的地域差异。 关键词：城市土地利用效益城市化耦合协调浙江省 Urban land use efficiency and the coupling coordination analysis of urbanization in Zhejiang province as an example Abstract: Between urban land use efficiency and level of urbanization is closely related to the mutual influence and restriction, therefore, in the process of urbanization, correctly handle the relationship between the land use efficiency and urbanization have become the core issue of urban sustainable development and the key factors.
