PAGE PAGE 31 大四学生对工商管理学科课堂教育的评价要素 摘要：大四学生作为一个特殊的群体，对工商管理学科课堂教育有着不一样的需求，也有他们独特的评价视角和评价标准。他们所有的课程即将结束，面临进入社会的抉择，有的考研，有的创业，有的找工作。做出不同的选择就会有不同的需求。考研的需要有更多的时间去准备考验工作，也需要考研方向的指导；创业的需要更多的企业知识和创业所需要的经验；找工作的需要很多就业方面的建议，以及专业技能。所以在课堂上，他们所需要获得的东西不一样，对课堂教育的评价也不一样，本文研究的目的就是针对大四学生，找出他们对工商管理这个学科课堂教育的评价要素，加以研究分析，希望能通过这个研究，能给任课老师一些建议，以便能够满足大四学生不同的需求。 大学教学评价已成为高教研究的一个重要课题，但是针对大四学生来做研究，应该是一个有创新性的研究。现在大学生多如牛毛，导致大学生就业困难。作为一个大学生，我们都想在激烈的就业竞争中胜出，找到自己满意的工作。这就需要在学好本专业知识的前提下，获得更多的就业指导和前人在社会中摸爬滚打的经验，这些经验对大四学生来说是非常重要的，但是他们在没进入社会之前获得这些经验的唯一途径就是在课堂上。所以大四学生对课堂评价要素的研究是非常有必要的。 通过实际访谈，问卷调查等方式，得出以下结论： （1）案例分析应作为课堂教育评价要素的一个重要组成部分 （2）课堂上的师生互动情况应作为课堂教育评价的一个评价要素 （3）教师的职业素养，基本素质也应作为课堂评价的要素 （4）教师的个人魅力应作为课堂评价的要素 （5）教学内容、教学过程、教学效果、教学目标、教学策略等这些都应作为课堂评价的要素。笔者将在本文结论部分做具体讲述。 关键词：大四学生工商管理课堂教育评价要素 Senior students business management discipline for classroom education evaluation elements Abstract: Seniors as a special group of business management disciplines classroom education has a different demand, but also evaluate their unique perspective and evaluation criteria.
