Lesson 1 How’s the weather? 教学设计 教材分析 本课选自冀教版八年级下册第一单元春天来了，本单元话题围绕春天、天气和户外活动展开，本课主要以天气预报为主题展开，主要学习与天气相关单词及短语，和如何询问天气以及回答，如何询问温度及回答的句式。 教学目标 知识与能力：理解和运用单词：shower, rise(rose, risen) 接触词汇：thunderstorm, thunder, sunrise, sunset, set(set, set), exact 掌握短语：weather report, be scared of 过程与方法：本课以听说为主，主要让学生了解天气预报的表达方式，锻炼学生的口语交际能力。 情感态度与价值观：通过对于天气预报的学习，学生能够认识到天气预报的重要性，及时对天气变化做出防范。也通过对听说的训练，提高学生勇于表达的能力和对英语学习的兴趣。 教学重难点 重点：What’s the weather like?/How’s the weather? 回答：It is...(adj.) What’s the temperature? 回答： It is...(度数) 难点：培养学生进行口语交际的勇气和能力。 教学过程 导入 通过播放天气预报的视频导入weather report, 引起学生对本课学习的兴趣，讨论天气预报的内容。 单词学习过程 以讲故事的形式呈现天气预报，学习新单词，为后面的学习扫清障碍。 A:What’s the weather like?/How’s the weather?
