Methods40 SD rats were applied in this study and divided into 4 groups at random: normal group, aging model group, Tiannianyin group, negative control group, and each group had 10 rats. The subacutely aging model rats were made by injecting Dgal into abdominal cavity continously. ELISA was used to detect the testosterone content in serum, xanthine oxidase method to detect the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in serum, SP immunohistochemistry to observe the telomerase expression of spermatogenic cells in testis. ResultsThe testosterone content and SOD activity in serum of aging rats decreased significantly compared with normal rats (P, P); the telomerase positive cells of aging rats were much less than normal rats. Tiannianyin could inhibit the decreasing of testosterone content and SOD activity in serum significantly (Tiannianyin group compared with aging model group: P, P), and increase the telomerase expression significantly. ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine Tiannianyin can improve the telomerase expression of spermatogenic cells in testis, and has fairly antiaging effects. Key words：Tiannianyin; Aging; Testis; Telomerase 随着年龄的增长，睾丸的结构和功能会出现一个由盛到衰的演变过程，发生精子生成能力减弱、血游离睾酮含量下降等变化。天年饮(由我院中医系主任贾春华教授提供) 具有补肝肾、益精血、延年益寿之功效。本实验采用D半乳糖致亚急性衰老的大鼠模型, 观察天年饮对衰老大鼠血清睾酮含量、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性及睾丸生精细胞端粒酶表达的影响, 以期揭示天年饮延缓衰老的作用机理。 1 材料与方法 动物的选择及分组　实验选用4 月龄雄性SD 大鼠40 只(由河北医科大学实验动物学部提供),体重180～250 g。将40 只大鼠随机分为4组：正常组、衰老模型组、天年饮用药
