PAGE PAGE 25 某精装修住宅楼项目精装修工程进度计划编制与优化研究 摘要：在施工组织设计中，最为关键的部分是进度，质量，安全及成本。其中，进度计划的编制尤为重要。进度计划是进行科学管理的良好工具，也是决定其他三项内容的基础。施工的最终目的是在规定的工期内，优质低耗有效率的完成任务。进度计划就是统领全局的纲领。随着国内基本建设步伐的加快，建筑行业工程数量的不断攀升，规模也不断扩大，要想获得更高的效益，施工企业的项目管理必须跟上时代的步伐，向精细式管理方式转变，解决在施工进度控制中存在的一些问题。因此仔细分析存在的问题，将进度计划贯穿于工程建设的整个过程，通过对施工进度计划的合理编制，结合我国国情，并针对实际情况进行动态调整,是保证工程质量及安全又能按时竣工的关键。 文章的主要内容是以某精装修住宅楼项目的施工组织设计为研究对象，结合本人在大学所学的知识和对相关进度方面文献的总结，分析了此住宅楼项目精装修工程进度计划存在的不足之处，并对精装修工程的进度计划进行了编制并进行了一系列优化。文章最后还提出了影响工程进度的一些因素，并结合此工程实际情况以及特点，提出了一些进度控制计划顺利实施的保障措施。 关键词：精装修住宅楼项目进度计划进度控制项目管理软件 Research on the Planning and Optimization of the Schedule of the Fine Decoration Project of a Fine Decorative Residential Building Abstract: In the construction organization design, the most critical part is the progress, quality, safety and cost.
