Results The activity of serum creatine kinase and serum progesterone value were significantly higher in peistent ectopic pregnancy than in the none peistent ectopic pregnancy (P＜) before performing therapeutic laparoscopy. The activity of serum creatine kinase has positive relevance with serum progesterone value (P＜) in peistent ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion The activity of serum creatine kinase and serum progester one value before performing therapeutic laparoscopy in ectopic pregnancy maybe play a role in predicting the incidence ofpeistent ectopic pregnancy. Key words:Peistent ectopic pregnancy ;Creatine kinase ; Progesterone 近年来异位妊娠发生率呈上升趋势，其中输卵管妊娠占异位妊娠总数的95%以上［1］。异位妊娠的保守 治疗 随着术前阴道B超和血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮检测的广泛应用也得以广泛采纳。异位妊娠的保守治疗是指用药物、手术或持续观察等方法使输卵管功能仍就保留的一种治疗方法，其中腹腔镜下输卵管保守性手术是近年来广泛开展的一种微创手术。此种治疗方法具有不开腹、保留患者生育可能性优点的同时也增加了持续性输卵管妊娠发生的风险。持续性宫外孕指在宫外孕保守治疗过程中没有完全地移去胚囊，或没有完全地杀死胚囊，使残留的滋养叶细胞仍继续保留功能。本文通过回顾性分析拟行腹腔镜下输卵管保守手术的住院患者(排除患有其他疾病者)术前24 h肌酸激酶、孕酮的水平以了解其在预测输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜下输卵管保守性手术治疗效果中的意义。 1　资料与方法 研究对象　 回顾性分析2004年10月至2006年5月在我院住院经术后病理确诊的输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜下输卵管保守性手术的患者76例(排除患有其他疾病者)，其中术后发生持续性输卵管妊娠16例，非持续性输卵管妊娠60例。年龄(27±5)岁；血βHCG水平　U/L~37　603　U/L。 检测指标和方法　行腹腔镜下输卵管保守性手术患者术前24 h内的肌酸激酶、孕酮水平。血清肌酸激酶测定：采用北京中生生物工程高技术公司提
