PAGE PAGE 22 我国上市商业银行高管薪酬的影响因素研究 摘要：自金融危机之后，商业银行高管薪酬制度已成为社会最为关注的问题之一，高管薪酬的影响因素也受到了来自学术界的广泛讨论。由于不同学者以不同的理论研究为基础，他们选取的研究指标不同，进而各自的研究角度以及研究方法也具有一定差异。本文以我国十六家上市股份制商业银行的年报为数据基础，以充分的相关变量为指标, 建立计量模型，通过银行经营绩效、风险承担、股权结构、银行规模几个方面来研究高管薪酬的影响因素。本文研究结果显示, 我国上市商业银行经营绩效与高管薪酬之间存在正相关关系, 风险承担与高管薪酬之间存在负相关关系，股权结构和银行规模均对高管薪酬具有正相关性的影响。文章最后将对我国上市商业银行管理层及监管机构提出有关高管薪酬激励制度的合理化建议，包括监管力度的控制和薪酬体制的完善。 关键词：高管薪酬、风险承担、商业银行经营绩效、股权结构、资产规模 TheAnalysis of Executive Compensation’s Influencing Factors in Chinese Listed Commercial Banks Abstract:Since the financial crisis, executive compensation in commercial bankshas become one of most concerned issues by society and academia.What are the influencing factors of executive compensation in listed commercial banks? This question has been widely discussed. Because different scholars’ researches based on different theoretical studies and they chosen different indicators for researching, the perspectives and methods of their researches are also various. In this paper, the financial data from sixth listed commercial banks in China are used as the basis of data and fully index-related variables are used as indicators, and making a model is the method for researching the influencing factors of executive compensation from the aspects of commercial bankperformance, risk-taking, ownership structure, scaleof assets. The results show that Chinese listed commercial bankperformance has a positive relationship withexecutive compensation, but the relationship between risk-taking and executive compensation is negative，and also ownership structure and scale of assets have positive relationships with executive compensation. Finally, according to the result of this research, this paper will make reasonable suggestions for the management of listed commercial banks and regulatory agencies, including the increase of regulatory and optimal the system of executive compensation.
