PAGE PAGE 18 我国上市商业银行股权结构与经营绩效研究 摘要： 在理论界，股权结构被认为是公司治理机制中重要的基础性因素，在商业银行公司治理体系中，作为产权基础的股权结构对公司治理结构和绩效都有着十分重要的影响。因此，很多学者都对这一领域进行了大量的研究。但迄今为止，国际金融经济学术界在“股权结构与商业银行绩效之间存在何种关系”方面还没能达成共识，学者们都从各自选择的样本数据、研究方法、研究角度给出了不同的结果和见解。 关键词：商业银行；股权结构；经营绩效 IMPACT OF POLITICAL AFFILIATION ON BANK PROFITABILITY Abstract: Political affiliation is the formation of implicit political relations between commercial banks and individuals with political power. Political affiliation is that commercial bank executives influence government departments to obtain the advantages of other commercial banks. Bank executives involved in the politics of the two main motives. The one hand, in a certain way, allows commercial banks to development goals and social values of political association is consistent, in order to shape and enhance the legitimacy of the bank to help it win social prestige, and access to other resources and the smooth development of commercial activities; the other hand, political association to help the banks to avoid the risk of government and government policy uncertainty system. For these reasons, more and more banking groups take part in the development process and government departments to maintain good relations and to create a superior operating environment for commercial banks. Keywords: POLITICAL AFFILIATION; BANK PROFITABILITY 一、绪论 （一）研究背景 金融在现代经济中的地位和作用十分重要,是现代经济的核心,离开了金融,现代经济就没有了源头活水。随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立和对外开放的不断扩大,金融活动日益广泛地渗透到社会经济生活的各个方面,金融在调节经济中的作用越来越重要。保证金融安全高效稳健地运行,关系到国民经济持续快速健康发展,关系到人民群众的切身利益,也关系到社会的稳定。近年来，随着外资银行的进入和我国加入WTO，我国金融市场迅速发展。债券和股票的发行，以及流通市场上大量衍生金融工具的发行，使得商业银行吸收的资金变少。另一方面，金融业的竞争不断加强，业务交叉和混业经营的出现，使得商业银行的存款变少。商业银行的社会融资地位开始下降。我国商业银行想要继续良好发展，离不开经营绩效的提高。而这归根到底离不开公司良好的治理结构，进一步说，则是良好的股权结构。 股权结构是研究公司治理问题的基础和出发点,股权结构决定着公司治理模式和治理机制,只有银行股权结构合理,才能完善公司治理,进而才能保证银行取得良好的经营绩效。股权结构通过股权的分配影响公司权力分配，进而影响公司治理，最终对公司的经营绩效产生影响。要提高公司经营绩效、实现公司长远发展就必须优化股权结构，加强监管。 （二）研究意义 伴随着我国商业银行股份制改革和股权分置改革的基本完成，股权呈现多元化，股权结构更富活力。股权结构如何才是合理，怎样提高上市银行的综合绩效，以及在如今的形势下，上市银行股权结构与绩效的关系如何是一系列值得思考和研究的问题。因此本文运用
