PAGE PAGE 32 五金批发企业物资管理信息系统的设计与实现 摘要： 近几年来，随着IT行业的快速发展，软件产业的不断兴旺，物资管理是销售企业物料管理的核心，是现代企业管理的重要环节。大多数五金批发企业实现了ERP的应用，但仅仅只是简单的将企业物资流动信息进行保存、添加、删除、报表查看以及统计等功能加以实现，在物资管理过程中产品的采购、销售库存即进销存模块相对独立，未发挥出ERP信息管理的功能。另一方面，批发行业中，过多库存不仅会占用过多的物理空间，还会占有过多的资金，导致资金堆积未能实现价值最大化，且过大物理空间将以支付更多房租、人工成本为代价。本文正是基于这样的问题背景提出，立足于批发行业中的五金企业，旨在通过数据库技术和Delphi编程技术设计和开发出一个有效、可行的小型物资管理信息系统，以解决现批发行业ERP应用中进销存模块独立问题和库存优化问题。 本系统开发过程模型采用生命周期过程模型，采用面向对象的开发方法；系统实现工具选择Microsoft SQL Server 2008和编译软件Delphi7。前期通过文献查阅、总结，对相关时代背景进行了分析、讨论，表明系统社会需求的必要性和紧迫性。进而有针对性根据企业的组织结构和业务流程进行需求分析；然后根据系统分析进行系统数据库设计和系统代码实现；最后对系统进行了黑盒测试。最终，本系统实现了预期的目标：实现进销存数据的相互联系，系统能够自动根据库存数量和历史销售数据给出采购订单，产品出库以及销售后库存不仅及时更新，同时启动库存量报警系统，以避免缺货；达到以最小的货物储备来满足最佳的供货状态，加速资金周转，在企业经营中确实的为企业节约成本，赢得更多利润！ 关键词：物资管理；数据库；Delphi7；Microsoft SQL Server 2008；五金批发企业 Design and implementation of a hardware business Material Management Information System Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of IT industry and the prosperity of the software industry ，material management becomes the core of the sales company material management and also the important link of modern enterprise management. Most hardware wholesale enterprise implements ERP application, but which has only simply function including saving ,adding deleting,viewing and counting. Besides product procurement,sales and inventory in the process of material management,namely the most basic module ,is independent which has not play their own role.On the other hand, in the wholesale industry, too much inventory will not only occupy too much physical space,but also occupy too much money, what results in so much capital accumulation that there is can not achieve maximum value and too much physical space means to pay more rent, artificial cost.This article is proposed based on the background of this problem .Based in wholesale industry in the hardware business, the paper aims at developing an effective and feasible small materials management information system by database technology and Delphi programmin
