PAGE PAGE 21 婺州洞门黄氏家族研究 摘要：地方家族与中央之间的关系是古代史研究的一個重要議题。宋元时期婺州洞门黄氏是一个地方的大族，从黄氏的一支迁到婺州再到黄梦炎成为家族中的第一位进士，到元朝时期黄溍闻名全国……黄氏一族在宋元两代从崛起到发展，除了婚姻关系的影响之外，婺州洞门黄氏一族成员的不断向上的流动即通过科举等各种方式入仕也是其中的重要的因素之一。正是由于家族当中人士的向上移动，黄氏一族在地方上才得以维护自己的地位。婺州洞门黄氏家族在宋元两代的发展，这个家族在宋元两代与中央之间的关系的变化，是中国古代地方家族与中央之间关系变化的一个典型代表。 关键词：婺州洞门黄氏地方家族中央权力科举 Family Status and the State Abstract: The Huang family of Wu Zhou was a prominent clan in Sung and Yuan Dynasty. Huang Mengyan, who was the soul of the family, became an official through the civil service examination and underwent smooth in his official career afterwards. Who lead his family to a splendid peak. After that, there appeared many talents in the Huang family generation after generation. They were filial sons at home or capable officials at posts. The family maintained its political status and social prestige by the action. Being famous, Huang family focused on distinguished families in marriage engagement which made Xiang family an empress one and provided many opportunities for members of Huang family to get official positions. Huang family’s falling not only was associated with Sung and Yuan Dynasty’s political policy and economic environment, but a result of the family itself. The Huang family of Wu Zhou existed for hundreds years, lasting from Northern Song Dynasty to Yuan Dynasty. It was an outstanding representative for all the prominent families at that time. Keywords: The Huang Family of Wu Zhou civil service examination the aristocratic family Family status 宗族是伴随着历史的发展而发展的，在历史上的任何时期，只要一个单独的个体在生存和发展的过程中嗅到危机的存在，就像是生物的本性所在，往往会寻找群体的力量试图减轻或者消除危机的存在。所以家族就自然而然的依靠着血缘这个纽带，依靠着生物的本性成为一个牢不可破的团体。作为中国历史上不可或缺的一个社会要素，家族团体不仅继往而且开来。 （一）地方家族的定义 提及地方家族就不可避免的涉及到地方家族的定义。那么什么是地方家族？从字面上来分析就是在地方上有名望的大家族，从历史上来看，这样的阖门千指的大家族一般来说都是依靠着科举或者经商起家，经过连续几代的努力，最终才能成为一个个在地方上举足轻重的家族事业团体。 对于家族、宗族的定义，学界有着不同的定义和理解。到底什么是家族？学术界将其定义为“家族就是同一个男性祖先的子孙，若干世代相聚在一起，按照一定的规范，以血缘关系为纽带结合而成的一种特殊的社会组织形式。但是，随着社会生产力的发展，一个家族的成员并不是长期处在一个地方，所以有部分的学者提出：“只要他们是同一祖先的子孙，且具有较可靠的谱系记录，之间也有一定的交流，当然应该将其作为一个家族来对待。”
