PAGE PAGE 22 我国中小企业融资中存在的问题及对策 摘要：中小企业在我国改革开放的三十年以来，发挥了强化经济实力、活跃市场、广泛吸纳社会人才、产品推成出新的重大作用。但是由于其自身存在的一些问题以及外部环境的局限性带来的影响，中小企业融资难已经成为了其稳定持续发展的障碍。本文剖析了我国中小企业融资现状，指出内源融资不够、外源融资阻碍大、融资渠道缺乏、融资成本高等问题，根据这些问题进行了一系列研究分析，得出结论是企业自身资质过低、金融机构没有大力支持、担保机构体系不够、资本市场体系欠完善等。综上，我们可以得出，我国中小企业应该鼓励金融机构大力支持、提高自身专业素养、加速建设中小企业信用担保体系、建设适用于中小企业的资本市场体系。从中小企业的内源、外源融资环境入手，使得中小企业的融资政策和环境得以改善，一定能够促进中小企业持续健康发展，让我国的经济发展因此受益。 关键词：中小企业；融资；融资方式；融资渠道 ABSTRACT SMEs in Chinas reform and opening up thirty years, played a strengthening of economic strength, improve the vitality of the market, increasing employment opportunities, and enhance the important role of science and technology innovation.
