PAGE PAGE 17 我国中小企业融资促进政策的创新 摘要：随着社会主义市场经济不断地发展，近年来，我国涌现出大量的中小企业，这些小微型企业不但数量多而且分布范围广，已然成为促进我国经济社会发展的重要力量，对我国经济增长起着重要的支撑作用，特别是在为社会提供就业岗位等方面发挥了不可替代的作用。然而中小企业在发展过程中遇到了融资难、资源少、税费多等诸多问题，严重地阻碍了中小企业的发展进程，其中的融资难也已经成为严重制约中小企业生存与发展的主要障碍，而中小企业自身现存的一系列问题则成了导致融资难的“罪魁祸首”。本文对我国中小企业融资的资金、融资渠道以及融资难现状进行阐述，随后根据我国中小企业融资难的实际来挖掘其产生的原因来，本文认为我国中小企业规模小、信用不佳、内部管理等自身问题为一大要素；且政府支持力度、法律规范以及机构等外部情况的不佳也是一大原因；最后金融支持层面外部融资环境也是一大制约因素。针对此，本文提出相关解决对策。 关键词：中小企业；融资现状；融资困难；融资创新 Study on innovation policy to promote our country small and medium-sized enterprise financing Abstract: With the development of the socialist market economy continuously, in recent years, a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises have sprung up in China, these small miniature enterprise not only quantity and wide distribution, has become an important force to promote Chinas economic and social development, to our country economic growth plays an important role in supporting, especially in providing jobs for the society has played an irreplaceable role.
