Methods Fufangbiejiaruangan tablet was selected as control and the effect of Rouganxiaozheng liquid on hepatic sclerosis was evaluated by observing the change of pathological hepatic tissue and the expression of TGFβ1 in hepatic cells. Results Compared with normal group, the normal hepatic lobules in model group were disappeared and fibroplasias and pseudolobule formed. The expression of TGFβ1 in hepatic cells were increased obviously(P). Compared with model group, the change of pathological histology of each treatment group was improved, the expression of TGFβ1 of each treatment group was decreased evidently(P). Conclusio Rouganxiaozheng liquid has the effect of inhibiting the synthesis of extracellular matrix and hepatocirrhosis and can obviously decrease the expression of TGFβ1 in hepatic cells of cirrhosis rats. 【Key words】 Rouganxiaozheng liquid; Hepatic cirrhosis; TGFβ1 肝硬化是由一种或多种病因长期或反复作用造成的弥散性肝脏损害，是我国常见疾病和主要死亡病因之一〔1〕。目前国内外尚缺乏有效的治疗药物。柔肝消癥饮为本课题组经多年临床观察筛选的治疗肝硬化有效方药，为了探讨其作用机制，本研究观察了该药对肝硬化大鼠转化生长因子(TGF)β1表达的影响。 1 材料与方法 材料 动物 清洁级SD大鼠60只，雌雄各半，体重180～200 g，由华中科技大学同济医学院实验动物学部提供，动物合格证号：SCXK(鄂)2004007。 药物 柔肝消癥饮：由香附、青皮、炙黄芪、炒白术、白芍、三棱、莪术、地鳖虫、郁金、姜黄、丹参等药物组成，水煎浓缩成所需含量的药液。复方鳖甲软肝片(内蒙古福瑞中蒙药科技股份有限公司) g/片，批准文号：国药准字Z。 主要试剂 TGFβ1免疫组织化学试剂盒购自Santa Cruz，批号：sc146。 主要仪器 HHW21600型电热恒温水箱，天津泰斯特仪器有限公司;OLYMPUS BX51型显微照相仪，日本;LEICA RM2125型切片机，德国LEICA公司。 方法 模型制备 60只大鼠适应性喂养1 w，随机分为造模组48只和正常组12只。参照 文献 〔2，3〕，48只造模组大鼠首次予皮下注射40% 四氯化碳花生油溶液 ml/100 g体重，以后每周2次皮下注射 ml/100 g体重，共9 w。造模开始前2 w均以20%猪油、%胆固醇、%玉米面混合饲料(河北医科大学动物实验中心加工)喂养，第3～9周以% 胆固醇和% 玉米面混合饲料(河北医科
