摘 要 近年来,随着日益完善的现代经济体系和不断发展的知识经济,并伴随着不断攀升的国民素质,国民对教育培训机构的市场需求大幅上涨,使得相关培训机构仿若雨后春笋般不断增加,教育培训机构正成为新兴朝阳行业。教育培训机构有别于其他行业,核心员工为知识型员工,他们通过一定方法手段向培训对象传授知识和技能,故该行业自身发展与知识型员工紧密相连,这类企业要想在企业洪流中从长久生存,就必须依托知识型员工来提升核心竞争力,因此相关教育培训机构须制定行之有效的激励机制,充分发挥知识型员工作为人力资本的价值。 本文以考研培训中心教师团队激励机制为研究对象,首先论述了国内外相关激励理论及教师团队的特征及需求特点,然后通过对考研培训中心教师团队进行问卷调查,分析当前教师团队在激励机制方面存在的问题,并针对现存问题,以相关激励理论为依托,以激励机制改进设计原则为基准,借鉴同类优秀教育培训机构教师团队激励机制优化的经验,提出针对考研培训中心教师团队激励机制的优化措施及其后续实施保障措施。 关键词:教育培训机构; 教师团队; 激励机制 Abstract In recent years, with the increasingly perfect modern economic system and the evolving knowledge economy, along with the rising national quality, the market demand for education and training institutions has risen sharply, making the relevant training institutions grow like mushrooms. Become an emerging sunrise industry. Education and training institutions are different from other industries. The core employees are knowledge workers, and they impart knowledge and skills to the trainees through certain methods. Therefore, their own development is closely connected with knowledge workers. If they want to survive for a long time in the torrent of enterprises, It is necessary to rely on knowledge-based employees to enhance core competitiveness, so relevant education and training institutions must develop effective incentive mechanisms to give full play to the value of knowledge-based employees as human capital. This paper takes the incentive mechanism of the teacher team of the Shenyang Haiwen Postgraduate Training Center as the research object. It first shows the current development status of the education and training institutions, discusses the relevant domestic and foreign incentive theories, and the characteristics and needs of the teacher team.
