Conclusion: The docto who work in the Dept of Cardiology used the medicines were much better than those who work in other of docto must fellow the guide about the therapy in heart failure， and the therapeutic methods should be individuation. 【Key words】Heart failure Therapeutic medicine Analyze the use of medicine 心功能不全（CHF）也称心力衰竭，是指在静脉回流正常的情况下，因心脏功能损害引起心排血量减少，不能满足组织代谢需要的一种综合征。由于CHF常常是诸多心血管疾病的最终转归，已成为多数发达国家和许多发展中国家成人的主要死亡原因。为了解现目前CHF的治疗现状，我们随机抽取了某院四年间200份病例，进行用药方案及疗效的分析，现报告如下。 1 资料与方法 对象 所选200例病人均为某院2007-2010年期间住院患者，其中女106例，男94例，心内科115例，肾病内科25例，小儿内科21例，呼吸内科12例，消化内科、神经内科、风湿免疫科、中医科各3例，内分泌科、妇产科、血液科、泌尿外科各2例，骨科
