自动和面机结构设计.docx

浙江大学宁波理工学院毕业论文 摘 要 和面机主要是将面粉和水进行搅拌,可以根据客户的需求,加工出不同的面团,并且能够调制成既符合质量要求。本次设计主要针对现有和面机存在搅拌性能差、加工出来的面条味道差等特点,在此基础上对自动和面机进行结构设计。 本文首先分析了现在市场上和面机的类型,以及和面机在加工中出现的安全性能等问题,然后针对这些问题,主要做了以下工作。 对和面机的轴进行结构设计和计算,轴是和面机的中的核心部件,极易发生断裂和损坏对生产造成很大影响。因此本文着重对和面机的轴进行仔细的设计和计算,并对其进行校核,校核结果符合要求。其次对和面机的工作原理、分类、各类结构组成、操作要求和方法、常见故障、排除方法、和面机的维护和保养、以及和面机的技术要求进行概述,并详细设计一种单轴式自动和面机,并对减速机、联轴器、箱体轴承等进行选择,并对自动和面机的使用操作和注意事项进行说明。淀粉和谷朊粉在生产线上配用这种和面机,可提高淀粉和谷朊粉生产线自动化的程度。单轴式自动和面机面向淀粉和谷朊粉生产线中下一个工序熟化机供料,可实现淀粉和谷朊粉生产线主机部分的平面化布置,这样既节省成本也能对资源进行有效利用。通过对单轴式自动和面机的设计,改善了和面机中轴经常断裂和不耐用的情况,提高了生产效率。 关键词 :自动和面机;减速机;结构设计;搅拌装置;联轴器 ABSTRACT And the machine is modulated by a variety of different dough,to various raw materials mixing with water, not only modulated to meet the quality requirements, and is suitable for machining forming dough, mainly used for the processing of bread, biscuits, cakes, bulk food, noodles, dumplings and other food, the mixed dough quality directly affects the quality of the food. To design and machine, including the machine and the working principle, classification, structure, operation requirements and methods, common faults and exclusion methods, and machine maintenance, and machine technical requirements are summarized, and the detailed design of a single axis and automatic machine, the main the structure design and stress analysis of the spindle and the school check reducer, coupling and bearing selection. The production line is equipped with the starch and gluten and machine, starch and gluten can improve the degree of automation of production line. Single shaft type automatic machine for surface and lower starch and gluten production line of a process of cooking machine feed, can realize planar arrangement of starch and gluten production line main part, reduce investment, convenient operation, to improve the work efficiency of starch and gluten production line.
