Methods 90 patients with neuromyelitis optica treated in our hospital were selected from June 2008 to June 2013，and the influence facto of yearly recurrence rate of neuromyelitis optica were analyzed through 6 projects （gender，age of oet，coue of disease，NMO-IgG，brain stem involvement，the maximum length value of a single spinal cord lesion），and the related facto of yearly recurrence rate of neuromyelitis optica were analyzed according the follow-up and investigation results. Results Year recurrence rate of neuromyelitis optica in patients with braitem involvement was significantly higher than that in patients with braitem uninvolved （P）.The positive rate of NMO-IgG in maximum length value ≥2 cm of a single spinal cord lesion was significantly higher than that in maximum length value 2 cm of a single spinal cord lesion （P）；braitem involvement was related facto of influencing the yearly recurrence rate of neuromyelitis optica，the maximum length value of a single spinal cord lesion was related facto of influencing the positive rate of NMO-IgG. Conclusion brain stem involvement are the main facto influencing the yearly recurrence of neuromyelitis NMO-IgG of serum is associated with maximum length value of a single spinal cord lesion，and the determination of the antibody can judge the disease′ activity of neuromyelitis optica。 [Key words] Neuromyelitis optica；Yearly recurrence rate；brain stem；Influence facto 视神经脊髓炎（neuromyelitis optica，NMO）的病变主要累及视神经和脊髓，病情反复发作，对患者造成不可逆性的损害，容易引起失明[1-2]。NMO的发病因素目前尚不明确，可能与多方面因素有关[3]，因此本研究选取本院在神经内科确诊并进行治疗的NMO患者90例为分析对象，根据6个项目对NMO年复发率的影响进行分析，进一步研究可能影响NMO年复发率的因素，
