Due to the different distribution of pathogenic bacteria in different areas， the clinical medication of canine otitis media is less targeted. Therefore， this experiment investigated the incidence of canine otitis media in shihezi area， collected the middle ear secretio of the sick dogs for pathogen isolation and identification， and conducted drug seitivity test for each strain to determine the types and drug seitivity of canine otitis media in shihezi area. At the same time， the typical clinical cases were treated， the treatment results were analyzed， and the treatment optio were selected to provide a scientific basis for the treatment of canine otitis media in this region。 Methods: This experiment investigated into 96 cases of diseased dogs admitted to four animal hospitals in Shihezi area. The author did an inquiry into the age， duration， breed， gender of the dogs and whether they were contracted single ear or both ea， and made an analysis of the recorded data.
