There is no denying that shared bicycle has its advantages in the distribution of passenger， mobility， reducing costs， promoting employment， driving the development of industry and promote the sustainable development， but there are multiple deposits on one bicycle， the huge funds pools inevitably deposit planted hidden danger for the user. Based on shared bicycle industry to deal with the current situation of the deposit， this study combined shared bicycle deposit regulation laws with regulatio to analyze the legal issues of shared bicycle’s deposit supervision。 This study can reduce the risk of funds and provide other sharing platform with the preset sexual deposit regulatory experience for reference. Apart from the introduction， I divided this study into four parts。 The fit part gives an overview of the basic theory of the supervision of shared bicycle. Special shared bicycle only include the bikes of time rental.
