Methods 105 New Zealand white rabbits were used as the research objects. 21 were randomized into the normal control group. The remaining 84 New Zealand white rabbits after the success of modeling were divided into four groups immediately: the model control group，the positive medicine group，the Jipei ointment low dose group， and the Jipei ointment high dose group (21 animals in each group).No treatment was given to the model group，which would recover naturally. Cheezheng pain relieving plaster ( g/kg) was used in the positive medicine group. Jipei ointment was used in the Jipei ointment low dose group and the Jipei ointment high dose group ( g/kg g/kg，respectively). The ointment covering area of the positive group，the Jipei ointment low dose group and the Jipei ointment high dose group was more than 1/2 of their damaged and healthy strapping tapes were used to fix and wrap the wound.
