And the comfort condition was also singnificantly improved in the observational group without welling， numbness， bruising conditio of hand and forearm. Conclusion:Radial arteryial hemostasis pad has exact effects in hemostasis after percutaneous coronary intervention by radial artery. The comfort condition of patients was significantly improved. And it′s reducing the workload of medical staff. It can be large-scale application in clinical practice。 Key wordsRadial artery hemostasis pad;Coronary intervention;Application;Nuing 近年来，经桡动脉选择性冠状动脉介入术已越来越多的应用于临床。与传统的经股动脉路径相比，经桡动脉路径具有以下几方面优点：术后无体位限制，解决患者床上排尿困难的问题，同时缩短住院时间，节省费用，穿刺部位并发症少，创伤小，能解决患者伤口渗血、肢体肿胀等痛苦［1］。但是由于术前常规应用低分子肝素抗凝，术中、术后的肝素化，使压迫时间延长，另外氯毗格雷、阿司匹林等抗血小板药物的应用，也增加了血管出血的发生几率，因此，对桡动脉止血措施要求越来越高。我们采用普通纱布及绷带加压包扎，该方法包扎松紧度不易控制、操作时间长，影响静脉回流的缺点，从而引起肢端麻木、瘀血肿胀等不适，为此我们采用桡动脉止血贴，临床应
