At present， the attention of mental health education in our kindergarten is not enough， especially the number of children under the current second child policy has risen sharply. Many children face a series of psychological problems. Based on the current limited number of experts in mental health education in our country， it is impossible to carry out special mental health education on a large scale. It is undoubtedly a good alternative method to infiltrate mental health education in early childhood teaching activities.
