PAGE PAGE 8 成绩 摘 要 筹资是当公司的资金无法保证正常的生产运营时而发起的一种重要行为，上市公司的发展规模会因为选择不一样的筹资而发生变化，对公司的运营管理产生重大的影响。上市公司为了保证正常的生产运营以及公司规模的扩建，需要通过合理的方式筹集充足的资金，对上市公司的创建以及未来长期的发展具有重要的现实意义。随着市场经济的高速发展，为了在激烈的市场中保持具有竞争力的优势，同时为了生产经营的需要，如何利用最少的融资成本筹集到公司所需要的资金是很有必要的。本文主要通过对上市公司主要筹资方式的分析与比较和对我国上市公司筹资现状的分析，得出影响我国上市公司筹资方式的原因，并且借鉴国外上市公司的发展轨迹，为我国上市公司筹资方式提出见解。 关键词：上市公司；筹资方式；影响因素；选择与比较； The choice and comparison of financing methods of Listed Companies in China Abstract When financing is an important behavior of the companys funds can not guarantee the normal operation and initiated the development scale of listed companies will choose different financing because changes have a significant impact on the operation and management of the company.
