大连工业大学艺术与信息工程学院2018届本科生毕业设计(论文) PAGE 1 - PAGE 1 - 摘 要 通过对矿泉水瓶盖的实体模型进行分析，绘制该零件的二维图形，然后对其工艺性能进行分析以判断该产品的成型可行性。通过对该矿泉水瓶盖的综合分析，拟定其成型工艺，对其工艺参数进行初步设定，然后确定具体成型工艺方案。根据工艺分析结果对模具进行初步设计，设计模具的各大机构，在这个过程中还需要选择模具的材料和注塑成型设备。为了保证模具的使用可靠性，需要对模具相关参数进行计算校核，对模具进行进一步优化。在模具结构设计完成之后，需要使用二维制图软件CAD绘制模具的装配图来表达模具的装配关系。最后，完成这套关于矿泉水水瓶盖的注塑模具设计。 关键词：工艺性能分析，成型工艺，模具结构设计，参数校核 大连工业大学艺术与信息工程学院2018届本科生毕业设计(论文) PAGE PAGE I Abstract By analyzing the two-dimensional parts of the Mineral water bottle cap,draw the 2D graphic of the part,the process performance is analyzed according to the figure,determine the molding feasibility of the product.Through the comprehensive analysis of the Mineral water bottle cap, the forming process is worked out,the process parameters are set up.In order to ensure the formation of the product,based on the results obtained to develop a number of program comparison,after analysis, the best molding scheme is obtained,and then optimize the results of the best solution.According to the results of the process analysis of the initial design of the mold,design mold of the major institutions,determine product molding plan,to ensure that products can be successfully formed,in this process also need to choose the mold material and injection molding equipment.In order to ensure the reliability of the use of mold,need to calculate the relevant parameters of the mold check,optimize the die further.After the design of the die structure is completed,use 2D software CAD is used to draw the assembly drawing of the die to express the assembly relation of the mold,and draw important parts drawing.Finally, the completion of Mineral water bottle cap injection molding process analysis and related mold design.
