Purpose and Scope The purpose of this document is to provide a standard and guidelines for the preparation of Utility Summary sheets. This practice is written to ensure uniformity and consistency in the preparation of such documents (where the Customer has no preference or existing standards). 2. Roles and Responsibilities The process engineer shall be responsible for following this procedure when preparing a Utility Summary. 3. Actions and Requirements Utility Summary sheets should generally be based
