摘要 随着经济的发展，工业化进程的进步，污染现象日益严重，生存环境日益恶劣，但是随着人们生活水平的提高，对人居环境的要求也越来越高，于是，二者的矛盾日益突出。如何在建筑设计中解决二者的矛盾，成为一个热点。本文就针对城市景观园林规划设计的基本原则、存在问题和解决措施作了简要的分析。经济的发展使人们的工作和生活的压力变得越来越大，在这种情况下，人们对舒适的生活环境的渴望越来越强烈。为了满足人们的需求，各个城市都着力于环境改造，城市园林景观是城市环境的重要组成部分，所以城市景观园林的规划设计成了人们关注的热点。城市园林规划设计不仅有一定的艺术性，还有其功能性，我们对城市景观设计的要求不能单纯的从绿化的角度出发，更主要的是在心理和生理上和人们的生活以及行为方式相协调。环境是人们在日常生活中切实感受到的，所以环境的设计要能够调节人的心情。优秀的园林设计可以给人美的享受。在设计中，不能仅仅体现设计师的感觉，而是利用心理文化的引导，去思考怎么样才能让生活在其中的人赏心悦目，有一种积极向上的精神状态。园林景观设计的根本目的是要综合艺术、社会、经济、科技等各个方面，来满足人们在生活中的存在和发展的需要另外在过程中还可以配合本土文化我国地大物博，民族种类多，所以各个地方的自然条件、经济情况、社会风俗等等都有很大区别，一个城市在漫长的历史变化中所遗留和汇聚的文化也不同，城市是文化的荟萃，也是科学技术的结晶，所以我们在城市景观设计中一定要遵循城市的文化特点。 关键词：绿化 园林 规划 城市 设计 Abstract With the development of economy, the progress of industrialization, pollution is becoming more and more serious, the living environment is bad, but with the improvement of peoples living standard, the living environment of increasingly high demands, so the contradiction between the two increasingly prominent.
