财务公司运营问题及对策浅析 摘要：从中国财务公司与美国财务公司对比来看，国内财务公司监管约束很严格，而 国外则比较宽松；国内财务公司市场环境还很不成熟，国外财务公司法规完备，货币与资 本市场健全，手段先进；国内财务公司信用状况差，国外财务公司信用状况良好，具备统 一的信用咨询协会，咨询信用状况良好；国内财务公司内部管理不集权、规模实力小、运 作范围小、设立时间晚、资金来源不足等等。 本文从财务公司的概要出发，深入分析了现阶段财务公司运营存在的主要问题，从不 同角度充分探析了这些问题产生的原因，探索性地提出了解决这些问题的对策。 关键词：财务公司；问题；对策 On Financial Companies’ Operational Problems and Resolutions Abstract: Learned from the American’s finance company, we know China’s finance company has many work questions: manage is too bad; the environment is so childish; credit is less; govern is lax; the scope strength is small; the work scope is little; establishment time is late; money source is short and so on. Being a financial administration student, this article is based on company’s questions in coming into being reasons, leaning about China’s finance company’s actuality, understanding the main questions of Chinese finance company and suggesting solutions. This paper outlines said financial-companies’ main words , especially in the rough on the main problems from financial-companies in the cause, exploratory put forward measures to solve these problems.
