Methods 30 patients with breast cancer who were admitted to this hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were convenient selected as study subjects. According to the operation methods， 15 patients were divided into plastic surgery group， 15 were routine breast surgery group， and the postoperative efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The cosmetic breast-conserving surgery group had significantly better breast aesthetic results than the conventional breast-conserving surgery group （93.33% vs 60.00%， χ2=8.359 3， P=0.015 3 0.05）； the preoperative FACT-B scores in both groups， there was no significant difference between HAMA score， HRSD score[（44.87±12.29）points vs （44.71±12.94）points， （35.88±3.21）points vs （35.72±3.18）points， （36.67±3.65）points vs （36.78±3.81）points（t=0.034 7， 0.137 1， 0.080 7， P=0.972 5， 0.891 9， 0.936 2 0.05]， FACT-B scores were significantly higher in the postoperative PCG group than in the conventional breast conservation group [（96.09±15.43）points vs （70.89±14.52）points（t=4.606 4，P=0.000 1 0.05）]， while HAMA score and HRSD score were significantly lower than conventional breast conserving surgery group[（12.47±5.21）points vs （22.09±4.56）points， （12.98±5.63）points vs （22.94±4.96）points（t=5.381 2， 5.141 1， P=0.000 0， 0.000 0 0.05].
