PAGE PAGE IV 快递分拣装置控制系统设计 摘要 快递分拣电气控制系统是完成配送、配送中心分拣、分拣和分配操作的现代化设备。是进行分拣配送业务的有力技术保障。目前，国内外几乎所有的大型邮局都配备有快递分拣电气控制系统。机械分拣也称为输送机分拣。它以机械为主要输送工具。快递分拣作业仍然依赖于手工作业。快递分拣作业人员根据快递上的标签、颜色标签、编号和其他分拣标记，对符合提单要求的快递进行分拣。选择它并把它放在一个简单的传送带或现场。本文主要介绍PLC在快递分拣系统中的应用。利用可编程序控制器（PLC）设计了一种低成本、高效率的快递自动分选装置。以西门子PLC为主控制器，结合气动装置、传感技术、位置控制技术，实现快递现场自动分拣控制。该系统自动化程度高、运行稳定、精度高、控制方便。可根据不同的对象对系统稍作修改，以满足要求。 关键词：西门子PLC；快递分拣装置；传感器  Abstract Express sorting electrical control system is a modern equipment to complete distribution, distribution center sorting, sorting and distribution operation. It is a powerful technical guarantee for sorting and distribution business. At present, almost all large post offices at home and abroad are equipped with express sorting electrical control system. Mechanical sorting is also called conveyor sorting. It uses machinery as the main conveying tool. Express sorting still relies on manual work. This sorting method is mostly used in chain conveyor, conveyor belt, drum conveyor and other conveyors. Its principle is to use the conveyor set on the ground for express delivery. Express sorting operators sorting express delivery according to the labels, color labels, numbers and other sorting labels on the express delivery, to meet the requirements of the bill of lading. Select it and place it on a simple conveyor belt or site. This paper mainly introduces the application of PLC in express sorting system. An automatic sorting device for express delivery with low cost and high efficiency is designed by using programmable logic controller (PLC). With Siemens PLC as the main controller, combined with pneumatic device, sensing technology and position control technology, the automatic sorting control of express delivery site is realized. The system has high degree of automation, stable operation, high accuracy and convenient control. The system can be modified slightly according to different objects to meet the requirements.
