辽宁省跨境电子商务企业人才需求状况及调查分析 摘要 跨境电子商务已经成为传统贸易企业适应互联网+时代，转型升级，增强可持续发展能力的新途径，转型中的外贸企业对熟悉跨境电商的人才有着大量且迫切的需求。为更好地了解跨境电子商务企业对人才的需求状况，本文以辽宁省部分跨境电商企业为调查对象，对其进行调查分析。通过调研发现，跨境电子商务企业对人才的需求非常紧迫，特别青睐将外贸与电子商务技能相结合，既懂技术又懂商务的复合型人才。最后，本文根据调研结果，提出高职院校国际商务专业面向跨境电商方向进行专业改造的相关建议。本论文主要采用的是文献研究法，通过对相关书籍以及报刊等资料的研究，完成论文。本文根据调研结果，提出高校国际商务专业面向跨境电商方向进行专业改造的相关建议。面临的主要问题：（1）数据的整理。跨境电子商务企业人才需求，所包含的数据量比较大，涉及方面也广，整理起来难度较大。并且一些企业数据比较难找。（2） 要求有外文文献翻译，比较有难度。 关键词：辽宁省；跨境电子商务；企业人才需求；调查 Abstract Cross-border e-commerce has become a new way for traditional trade enterprises to adapt to the Internet + ERA, transform and upgrade, and enhance the ability of sustainable development. In order to better understand the demand for talents of Cross-border E-business Enterprises, this paper takes some cross-border electric enterprises in Liaoning Province as the survey object, and investigates and analyzes them. Through the investigation, it is found that the Cross-border E-commerce enterprises demand for talent is very urgent, especially the combination of foreign trade and e-commerce skills, both technical and business-friendly compound talents. Finally, based on the investigation results, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the professional transformation of the international business specialty in higher vocational colleges. This paper mainly uses the literature research method, through to the related books as well as the newspaper and so on research, completes the thesis.
