PAGE PAGE IV 跨境电商对中小企业的影响研究 摘要：随着科技不断进步，互联网得以日新月异的发展。互联网已然成为当代人们生活不可缺或的一部分，其中衍生的电子商务，更是为人们提供了极大的便利生活条件。与此同时，电子商务的出现与快速发展，对中小企业产生了不可估量的影响，而跨境电子商务对中小企业的影响已不容忽视。本文从我国跨境电商模式进行了概述，并对我国跨境电子商务的现状进行分析，而后从利与弊方面分析跨境电子商务对我国中小企业的影响，针对目前跨境电子商务的发展趋势呈现的问题给出相关建议。 关键词：跨境电商；中小企业；发展思路 Research on the impact of cross-border e-commerce on smes Abstract：With the continuous progress of science and technology, the Internet has developed with each passing day. Internet has become an indispensable part of contemporary peoples lives. The e-commerce derived from it has provided people with great convenience life conditions. At the same time, the emergence and rapid development of e-commerce has had an immeasurable impact on SMEs. The impact of cross-border e-commerce on SMEs has not been ignored. This paper from Chinas cross-border electricity supplier model, and analyzes the status quo of Chinas cross-border e-commerce analysis, then analyzes the influence of cross-border e-commerce for small and medium-sized enterprises in China from the aspects of advantages and disadvantages, gives the present development trend of cross-border e-commerce problems related suggestions.
