PAGE V 试论金义都市新区的经济发展对策 摘要：随着城市化的不断发展，区域经济的发展态势愈加多样完善。城市发展也出现了新的发展形态——都市区。浙江作为全国排名前列的经济强省，一直以来追求经济的创新发展，不断调整发展战略以适应当今时代的发展需求。由最初单一的“浙中城市群建设”上升到“浙中崛起”战略，后又提出“共建浙中城市群，促进浙中联合崛起”的口号可见，浙江的发展从不是止步不前，而是不断根据经济发展的需要来进行战略部署和调整，这也是浙江经济能够长期保有活力的原因之一。围绕着这些战略政策，形成了以金义“主轴线”为核心的各城市之间的空间组织关系和经济联系形态。本文以此为背景，对金义都市新区经济发展的各方面条件进行客观深入地分析，并结合新区内电商产业园的案例对当前新区经济发展已经存在及潜在的问题进行梳理，最后对新区的经济发展提出自己的看法和建议。 关键词：金义都市新区；电商产业园；经济发展；建议 On the economic development countermeasures of Jin Yi new urban area Abstract：With the continuous development of urbanization, the development trend of regional economy is becoming more and more diverse and perfect.Urban development appears a new form of metropolitan area.As one of the strongest economic provinces in China, Zhejiang has been pursuing economic innovation and development,constantly adjusts the development strategy to adapt to the de-velopment needs of the times.From the earliest “The construction of mid-Zhejiang city group ” to “Rise mid-Zhejiang” strategy, then “Build mid-Zhejiang urban agglomeration to promote joint improvement” was proposed.Therefore, the development of Zhejiang has never been to stop, but to adjust strategic deployment of according tothe needs of economic development.This is one of the reasons why Zhejiang economy can stay active for a long time. Around these strategic policies, the spatial organizational relations and economic relations between the cities, which are based on the “main axis” of Jin Yi, are formed.In this paper, based on this background, to Jin Yi urban new district economic development objective and in-depth analysis of various conditions, and combined with the case of electricity within the new industrial park to the current new district economic development already existing and potential problems were combing, finally, the new district of economic development put forward my views and suggestions on countermeasures.
