关于“轮”主机使用劣质燃油技术分析与科学管理

[摘要]劣质燃油是指使用劣质、困难、价格低廉的重油，劣质燃油的使用是船舶柴油

机的一项重要技术成就，使用劣质燃油可以大幅度降低船舶运营成本，同时也可以合理

的使用石油资源。目前，不但船用低速柴油机使用劣质燃油，而且船用中高速柴油机也

使用低质燃油。但是，在燃用劣质油带来可观的经济效益的同时，对船舶的运行管理带

来了不利影响。如果操作不当运行管理不善，势必引起柴油机工况恶化，故障发生次数

增加设备损坏托加大，由此引起的备件费和修理费用的增加及船舶延期所带来的损失，

将超过燃用劣质燃油所节约的燃油费，反而得不偿失。本文将对“##轮”使用劣质燃油

引起的故障进行分析，并且提出运行管理的措施。

[Abstract]Inferiorfuelisrefertotheusingofinferior,thatisdifficultandcheapoil.

Inferiorfuelisoneofthemostimportanttechnicalachievement.Usinginferiorfuelcan

reduceoperatingcostsofship,atthesametimeitcanusetheoilresources

reasonable.Atpresent,notonlythemarinelowspeeddieselengineusinginferiorfuel,

andMarineinhighspeeddieselenginealsouseinferiorfuel.However,theloweroil

bringconsiderablebenefiteconomicatthesametime,ontheshipofoperation

managementbringsadverseeffect.Ifoperationimpropermanagement,itwillbound

tocausedieselengineconditionworsened,failurefrequencyincreaseequipment

damagehasincreased,whichcausedbythesparepartscostandrepaircostincrease

andshipdelaybroughtaboutbytheloss,willbemorethanhaslowerfuelsavedby

fuelsurcharge,butthelossoutweightsthegain.Thispaperwillbeanalysethe

inferiorfuelcauseof“Zhengzhouship”,andputforwardthemeasuresofoperation

andmanagement.
