多酶清洗液在消毒供应中心医疗器械清洗中的应用效果分析

摘要目的：分析多酶清洗液在消毒供应中心医疗器械清洗中的应用效果。方法：选择2024年2—5月徐州市中心医院

消毒供应室处理的医疗器械300件作为对照组，选择2024年6—9月处理的医疗器械300件作为观察组。对照组采用传统

清洗液，观察组采用多酶清洗液。比较两组表面污渍指数、功能维持情况、腐蚀情况、使用者对医疗器械清洗的满意度、清

洗合格率。结果：观察组功能维持良好率高于对照组，腐蚀率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。使用者对观察

组医疗器械清洗的满意度高于对照组（P＜0.001）。观察组清洗合格率高于对照组（P＜0.001）。结论：多酶清洗液在消毒

供应中心医疗器械清洗中的应用效果显著，可降低器械腐蚀率，提高功能维持良好率、清洁合格率及使用者对医疗器械清

洗的满意度。

userssatisfactionwithmedicaldevicecleaning,andcleaningpassratewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:The

corrosionrateintheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthegoodfunctionalitymaintenancerateinthe
