温馨精细化助产护理在产妇分娩全过程中的应用效果

摘要目的：探讨温馨精细化助产护理在产妇分娩全过程中的应用效果。方法：将中宁县人民医院2022年1月—2025年

1月收治的100例分娩产妇按照随机数字表法分为对照组（50例）和研究组（50例）。对照组实施常规护理，研究组实施温

馨精细化助产护理。对比两组产程时间、不良情绪、疼痛程度、并发症发生情况。结果：研究组第一产程、第二产程时间短

于对照组（P＜0.001）。两组第三产程时间对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。护理后，两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量

表评分均低于护理前，且研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。产时30min、产时60min、产后5min，研究组视觉模拟评分法评分

比对照组低（P＜0.001）。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组（P=0.014）。结论：温馨精细化助产护理在产妇分娩全过程

中的应用效果显著，可缩短产程时间，缓解产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪，减轻疼痛，降低并发症发生率。
