临床护士对口服营养补充知信行现状及影响因素分析

摘要：目的调查临床护士对口服营养补充知信行现状，并分析其影响因素，为临床开展针对性口服营养补充相关培训提供依据。

方法以便利抽样法抽取湖北省19所医院的临床护士，采用一般资料调查表和自制的护士对口服营养补充知信行问卷实施调查。

ONS管理流程及参与ONS相关培训频率是影响临床护士口服营养补充知信行水平的影响因素（均P0.05)。结论临床护士

口服营养补充知信行总体处于中等偏上水平，知识掌握相对不足，态度较积极，行为待提升。护理管理者需规范口服营养补充使

用及管理流程，加强口服营养补充相关知识培训，进一步提升临床护士口服营养补充知信行水平。

Abstract:ObjectiveToinvestigatethecurrentstatusofknowledge,attitude,andpractice(KAP)towardsoralnutritionsupple-

mentation(ONS)inclinicalnurses,andtoanalyzeitsinfluencingfactors,inordertoprovideareferenceforconductingrelevant

traininginclinic.MethodsAconveniencesamplingmethodwasusedtoselectclinicalnursesfrom19hospitalsinHubeiPro-vince,

thentheywereinvestigatedbyusingageneralinformationquestionnaireandaself-madequestionnaireonnursesknow-ledge,atti-

tude,andpracticetowardsONS.ResultsAtotalof1628nurseswereultimatelyincludedinthestudy,withatotalscoreofKAPat

(77.15±13.00)points,knowledgedimensionat(8.76±2.61)point,attitudedimensionat(30.70±6.45)points,andpractice

dimensionat(37.70±8.29)points.Theresultsofmultiplelinearregressionanalysisshowedthat,department,workingyears,
