基于倾向性评分匹配法分析日间手术模式下腹

腔镜胆囊切除术的安全可行性和经济性

【摘要】目的基于倾向性评分匹配法探讨日间手术模式下腹腔镜胆囊切除术的安全可行性及经济性。方法选取2020年

1一12月于广西医科大学第一附属医院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的295例胆囊结石患者为研究对象，其中日间手术组185例，

住院手术组110例。采用倾向性评分匹配法对日间手术组和住院手术组患者进行1：1匹配后，比较两组患者疗效及费

用差异。结果日间手术组手术时长、住院时长短于住院手术组，术中出血量少于住院手术组，差异有统计学意义（P

0.05），两组并发症、伤口愈合等级、复发率、术后再入院率无统计学差异（P0.05）。日间手术组总费用、检验费用、检

查费用、药品费用、材料费用、处置费用、其他费用均低于住院手术组（P0.05）。结论日间手术模式下腹腔镜胆囊切

除术安全可行，且具有更好的经济性。
