Workcloselywiththecompany’sCFO,andensurethatalloftheresponsibilitiespertainingtotheaccountingdepartmentaremet

Developanddirecttheactivitiesoftheprofessionalstaffinvolvedwiththefinancialaspectsof(regional)operations,includingforecasting,planning,budgeting,creditandcollections,costaccounting,andfinancialcontrolsystems

ReporttotheCFO(President)andberesponsibleforallaccountingfunctions

Providinganalytical,budgetaryfinancialplanninganagement/reportingsupporttoseniorm

Establishingandmaintaininginternalcontrols,externalfinancialreporting

Interfacewithexternalauditors,handlingallcorporatetaxmatters

Coordinateandoverseetheannualprofitplanningprocess

Introducenewmethodologiesandtechniquesfortheuseinplanningandanalysis

Evaluatebusinessopportunitiesandtheirpotentialimpactonthestrategicgrowthofthecompany

Introduceandpreparefinancialanalysistobepresentedtoseniormanagementanddevelopinterimandlong-termfinancialforecasts

Responsibleforstaffdevelopmentandmanagement

Performspecialanalysesandpresentationstoseniormanagementrelatingtochangesinaccountingrulesandaccounting/reportingimpactofchangesinbusinessconditions

Interfacewithregionalcontrollerintheareasoffinancialreportingandaccounting

Ensurecompliancewithtaxregulationsinalljurisdictions

Conceiveandimplementpolicyandprocedure

Overseeexpansionintootherregionaloffices,actingasprojectmanagerfornewofficebuild-outsinfinanceside

Beakeybusinesspartnerintheorganizationtoensureproperfinancialconsiderationsaretakenintoallbusinessdecisions

Coordinate,scheduleandmanageresourcesacrossdevelopmentandimplementationteams
