【摘要】培育学生自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的健康心态是高校心理育人工作的核心目标。心理学科专业支持不足、

心理育人专业师资紧缺等现实问题制约了工科高校新生心理育人工作的开展。本文基于广西某高校心理健康教育特色项目的八

年实践成果，具体分析了团体心理行为训练培育工科高校新生健康心态的重要意义及可行性，并提出了具体对策。
