摘 要 本研究就企业档案管理中多模态信息的智能分析、大模型的搭建等应用展开探讨，深入剖析多模态信息在

企业档案管理智能化方面的应用，明确指出当前企业档案管理工作所面临的主要挑战。同时，探讨其在提升档案管

理效能中的主要作用，并通过实际案例对多模态信息处理有效性的智能分析进行验证。研究结果表明，多模态信息

的智能分析效果显著，对企业数字化改造起到了重要的支撑作用。

AbstractThisstudyexplorestheapplicationofintelligentanalysisofmultimodalinformationandtheconstructionof

largemodelsinenterprisearchivesmanagement.Itdelvesintotheapplicationofmultimodalinformationintheintelligent

managementofenterprisearchivesandidentifiesthemainchallengesfacedincurrententerprisearchivesmanagement.The

studyalsoexaminestheroleofthesetechnologiesinenhancingtheefficiencyofarchivesmanagementandvalidatesthe

effectivenessofmultimodalinformationprocessingthroughcasestudies.Theresultsshowthatintelligentanalysisofmultimodal

informationissignificantlyeffectiveandplaysanimportantsupportingroleinthedigitaltransformationofenterprises.
