喉癌患者采取综合护理干预效果

及对并发症预防的分析

[摘要]目的研讨综合护理干预对喉癌患者护理的效果分析。方法76例喉癌患者均取自2020年5月至

2022年5月厦门大学附属中山医院接收患者中，依据随机数表法分为两组，每组各38例。对照组行传统护理，

观察组行综合护理。比较两组患者心理情绪、自我护理能力及并发症发生率。结果干预后观察组汉密尔顿

焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、发症发生率较对照组低，干预后患观察组自我护理能力评分高于对照组，差异

有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论综合护理能改善喉癌患者心理状态，提高患者自我护理能力，防止其并发症

发生，临床上可借鉴及推广。
