2018—2022年章丘区人间布鲁氏菌病流行

特征分析

[摘要]目的通过分析2018—2022年章丘区人间布鲁氏菌病（布病）流行病学特征，为防控措施的制定提供依

据。方法收集2018—2022年章丘区布鲁氏菌病疫情资料，采用描述性方法分析疾病流行病学特征。结果

2018—2022年章丘区布鲁氏菌病报告总数为208例，2018—2022年各年均有报告病例，但年均发病率比较，差

异无统计学意义（P0.05）。30~60岁年龄段、男性、农民为高发人群，4—9月为发病高峰期，地区主要分布于乡

村。结论2018—2022年，章丘区布鲁氏菌病发病率无明显差异，以30~60岁农民男性为高发人群，相关部门应

主动构建多机构防控机制，对布病高发地区、高风险人群进行重点布控，预防疾病的发生与流行。
