精密分馏装置试生产10#化妆品级白油探索

摘要：为深度挖掘海油特色环烷基原油的潜在价值，进一步丰富公司产品结构体系，从而在高端特种油品市场中抢占先

机，精密分馏装置针对关键工艺参数进行了一系列优化调整。具体而言，将加氢反应器脱芳烃催化剂床层温度由300℃

提升至350℃，这一调整有助于增强脱芳烃反应的活性与深度；减压塔真空度从80kPa提升至95kPa，能够降低油品

的沸点，减少热分解等副反应的发生，更精准地分离出目标组分；加氢反应系统压力由12.5MPa提升至15.5MPa，为

反应提供了更充足的动力，促进反应向正向进行；反应器的氢油比从1000提升至1500，进一步强化了氢气与油品的

接触与反应效果。通过上述多维度、精准化的参数调整，精密分馏装置成功生产出符合质量标准的10#化妆品级白油。

Abstract:Todeeplytapintothepotentialvalueofthecharacteristicnaphtheniccrudeoilfromthesea,andfurtherenrich

thecompany’sproductstructuresystem,therebyseizinganearlyopportunityinthehigh-endspecialtyoilmarket,aseriesof

optimizationadjustmentsweremadetothekeyprocessparametersfortheprecisiondistillationunit.Specifically,thetemperatureof

thedearomatizationcatalystbedlayerinthehydrocrackerwasincreasedfrom300℃to350℃,whichhelpsenhancetheactivityand

depthofthedearomatizationreaction;thevacuumdegreeofthereducedpressuretowerwasincreasedfrom80kPato95kPa,which

canlowertheboilingpointoftheoil,reducetheoccurrenceofsidereactionssuchasthermaldecomposition,andmoreaccurately

separatetargetcomponents;thepressureofthehydrogenationreactionsystemwasincreasedfrom12.5MPato15.5MPa,providing

moresufficientdrivingforceforthereactionandpromotingit
