生物医药研发企业环境管理问题分析及建议

摘要：目前，技术研发对生物医药行业尤为关键，也是我国突破其他国家各项医药类专利壁垒的必经之路。文章选取上

海市某区域范围内50家生物医药研发企业作为抽样案例样本，针对环保手续、监测、污染防治、环境管理体系等多个方

面，采用样本统计分析的方法，探析生物医药研发企业在环境管理中现存的问题。经样本统计分析，在污染防治设施运

行管理和自行监测管理方面略显突出，基于《上海市生态环境信用评价管理办法》的推进，生物医药研发企业在未来内

部环境管理体系建设中应完善相关管理内容。

Abstract:Currently,technologicalRDiscriticallyimportantforthebiopharmaceuticalindustryandservesasanessentialpathway

forChinatoovercomeinternationalpharmaceuticalpatentbarriers.Thispaperselects50biopharmaceuticalRDenterprises

withinaspecificdistrictofShanghaiassamplecases.Throughstatisticalanalysisofenvironmentalpermits,monitoringpractices,

pollutionpreventionmeasures,andenvironmentalmanagementsystems,thepaperinvestigatesexistingissuesintheenvironmental

managementoftheseenterprises.Sampleanalysisrevealsrelativelyprominentchallengesintheoperationmanagementof

pollutionpreventionfacilitiesandself-monitoringpractices.Inlightof“Shanghai’secologicalandenvironmentalcreditevaluation

managementmeasures”,biopharmaceuticalRDenterprisesshouldenhancerelevantmanagementprotocolswithintheirinternal

environmentalmanagementsystemsmovingforward.
