政府差异化补贴下动力电池混合回收定价及

渠道选择研究

摘要

在以制造商为主导的多渠道回收闭环供应链中，考虑政府对制造商采取差异化补贴，提出两种多渠道混

合回收模式，探讨不同回收模式下的回收价格定价及回收模式选择问题。结果发现：(1)逆向供应链的

回收模式选择不会影响正向供应链的销售决策，动力电池的销售和回收是两个相对独立的业务。(2)回

收价格受到再制造比例、渠道竞争系数和消费者对回收价格敏感度系数的积极影响。(3)分析得出制造

商、零售商和第三方回收商在不同条件下的最优回收渠道选择策略。
