BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性NDM-1-IN-6(Compound1)是⼀种强效、选择性的竞争性的NewDelhiMetallo-β-lactamase-1(NDM-1)抑

制剂，其Ki值为0.72μM。NDM-1-IN-6与碳青霉烯类抗⽣素fMeropenem(HY-13678)具有协同抗菌作⽤。

NDM-1-IN-6主要⽤于研究NDM-1介导的多重耐药细菌感染[1]。
