摘要

实验室不仅是培养科技人才的重要基地，也是新工艺、新技术、新产品的发源地。石化公司实验室承担着产品指标控制和研发过程的重要任务，在产品质量控制和新产品开发中发挥着非常重要的作用。石化行业是属于高风险行业，安全是前提，是效率的保证。石化企业实验室安全事故的发生，不但会造成实验室人员伤亡、设备损坏，还会对企业、社会和国家造成极大危害。因此，必须高度重视实验室安全，完善石化企业安全制度。本文以上海石化企业为例，针对上海石化企业实验室存在的安全风险，结合实验室检测项目多、大型仪器较多、实验人员少的情况。对上海石化实验室安全现状调查分析，并提出相应的实验室安全管理对策。

Abstract

Thelaboratoryisnotonlyanimportantbasefortrainingscientificandtechnologicalpersonnel,butalsothebirthplaceofnewprocesses,newtechnologiesandnewproducts.ThelaboratoryofpetrochemicalcompanyundertakestheimportanttaskofproductindexcontrolandRDprocess,andplaysaveryimportantroleinproductqualitycontrolandnewproductdevelopment.Thepetrochemicalindustryisahigh-riskindustry,andsafetyisthepremiseandtheguaranteeofefficiency.Theoccurrenceoflaboratorysafetyaccidentsinpetrochemicalenterpriseswillnotonlycausecasualtiesandequipmentdamage,butalsocausegreatharmtoenterprises,societyandthecountry.Therefore,wemustattachgreatimportancetolaboratorysafetyandimprovethesafetysystemofpetrochemicalenterprises.ThispapertakesShanghaiPetrochemicalEnterprisesasanexample,aimingatthesafetyrisksexistinginthelaboratoriesofShanghaipetrochemicalenterprises,combinedwiththesituationofmorelaboratorytestingprojects,morelarge-scaleinstrumentsandfewerlaboratorypersonnel.BasedontheinvestigationandanalysisofthesafetystatusofShanghaiPetrochemicallaboratory,thecorrespondinglaboratorysafetymanagementcountermeasuresareputforward.
