BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性RhoNox-1(solution)是⼀种特异性检测⼆价铁离⼦的荧光探针，当RhoNox-1与Fe2+(铁离⼦)反应后，可以

⽣成⼀种不可逆的橙⾊(红⾊)荧光产物(Ex/Em：540/575nm)。FeRhoNox-1可以很好的进⼊到细胞内部，适

⽤于活细胞内Fe2+的检测，倾向定位在⾼尔基体。

considered,andasolventcontrolshouldbeprepared;ifthesolventispurewater,theworkingsolutionneeds

tobefilteredandsterilizedbeforeaddingcells.
