摘要企业文化建设和创立学习型企业是当前企业在脱困、改制、转型和开展过程中,相互关联,而且十分重要的两个课题,也是企业迎接市场竞争与挑战,努力提高自身素养的战略选择，正确掌握这两个课题的自身特点,把二者有机的结合起来,使之相互促进、相互开展,是摆在企业面前应该首要解决的咨询题。对创立学习型组织与企业文化建设咨询题进行了讨论，以人为本是学习型组织与企业文化的共同点，通过企业文化建立学习型组织，能够更充分地考虑人的因素。作者认为将企业文化的指导功能、鼓舞功能、分享功能与五项修炼相结合，能够更高效地建立学习型组织。
